1. Operating Agreement

By accessing MartialFlow, you agree to these terms. MartialFlow helps schools, instructors, students, and parents manage training, events, payments, progress, and communication.

2. Instructor and School Content

Individuals with instructor, school owner, or school manager access are solely responsible for the safety, accuracy, and fulfillment of the in-person events, courses, classes, and school listings they list on this platform. MartialFlow acts purely as a software intermediary and assumes zero liability for physical injury or dispute arising from events organized outside the platform.

3. Standardized Refund Policy

To maximize trust across the network, MartialFlow enforces a clear platform-wide refund policy for eligible events.
- Cancellations 7+ Days prior: 100% Refund
- Cancellations 48h - 7 Days prior: 90% Refund
- Cancellations within 48h: No Refund.
Instructors retain the explicit right to offer goodwill refunds outside these rules at their sole discretion.
