Monthly plan credits reset each month. Top-up credits are consumed after plan credits and expire after 90 days.
An active student is a student currently being managed by the school inside MartialFlow. Archived, inactive or historical students do not count towards the active student limit.
You will be asked to upgrade to the next plan. MartialFlow will not suddenly delete or block student records. The system should notify the school owner and provide a clear upgrade path.
